Lets remind our babies the importance of "Respecting your elders". Teaching kids about respecting elders is essential for nurturing their understanding of empathy, kindness, and social responsibility. Lets teach our children by modeling respectful behaviors ourselves.
"Do as i say, not as i do" mentality is not always effective. Demonstrate respect in your own interactions with elders, whether is family members, friends, or just in the community. Use polite language, listen attentively.
Please, let us not forget to also show respect to the children. We were raised to believe children emotions and words did not count. Not true, our children deserve respect too.
